The Racine Starving Artist Fair is an annual free juried art fair hosted by the Racine Art Guild at the historic Dekoven Center located right along Lake Michigan, featuring over 100 regional Artists selling original works of art plus food, music, kids activities, and a fundraiser for art scholarships, making it a major midwest art event! I can’t wait to be apart of it again!
